How to Update Reminders in Bulk in Subly

Setting reminders for each subscription individually can be time-consuming. Subly's "Bulk Update Reminders" feature allows you to set reminders for multiple subscriptions at once. This guide will show you how to do it.

Step 1: Navigate to Subscriptions Page

1. Go to Subscriptions Page: Open Subly and navigate to the "Subscriptions" page.

2. Table View: Change the view to "Table View" to see your subscriptions in a tabular format.

Step 2: Select Subscriptions

1. Checkbox: Click on the checkbox on the left side of each subscription for which you want to set reminders.

2. Bulk Actions Button: Once you've selected two or more subscriptions, a "Bulk Actions" button will appear above the table.

Step 3: Update Reminders

1. Click Bulk Actions: Click on the "Bulk Actions" button and select "Update Reminders" from the dropdown menu.

2. Set Reminders: You can set up to 3 reminders for the selected items. Only the items with either a "next payment date" or "refund deadline date" will be updated.

3. Save: Click "Save" to apply the reminders to all selected subscriptions.
