Moving subscriptions between projects is simple; first, go to the subscription that you'd like to move and edit the subscription.
When you're editing the subscription you'll see a Project dropdown, simply select the project that will allocate this subscription now and save the changes.
That's it, now when you navigate to the selected project you'll see this subscription there.
